On the afternoon of June 7, FPT Software Quy Nhon warmly welcomed the General Director of a leading company in the field of automobile manufacturing from Japan to visit and work. During this visit, the CEO of F. Company expressed his wish to build a Data Operations Specialist Department in Vietnam for the global H. Group to increase FPT’s work in the automation segment to 7 times compared to the present. Accordingly, F. side proposed to cooperate with FSOFT Quy Nhon in general and QAI in particular in forming an ODC to realize the above plan.

Up to now, QAI unit has been implementing many projects for F. customers such as: checking standard conditions when designing car chassis, applying AI to calculate the distance between measurements. car seats, export data to reports to create a set of international standards, etc. From these projects, customers’ confidence in QAI’s capabilities was enhanced, the project team received many compliments wing from a company under the leading H. Group in the world.

According to the plan from F., the customer wants to share the work in designing and perfecting the automation toolkit for QAI, training and sending employees to work directly with the unit right in Quy Nhon. in order to overcome obstacles caused by time zone difference, conduct joint training sessions to increase understanding and meet the needs of both sides, etc. QAI side also wishes to join F. to build a core team for joint research technology and improve technical capacity to catch up with new trends in the auto manufacturing industry.

During the visit to the headquarters of FSOFT Quy Nhon, the General Director and the Director of F. Company had the opportunity to better understand QAI as well as directly observe the product demo area made by QAI people (akaCam, akaInspection…). At the end of the visit, the CEO of F. Company expressed: “I sincerely thank the Director of QAI, Mr. Vu Hong Chien, for providing extremely useful information and candid suggestions to help the cooperation relationship between the two companies F. and QAI became closer. We will seriously study the proposals from QAI to jointly improve our technical capacity and continue to implement the plans in the near future.”
